On Saturday, June 28th, the Ridgefield Park Civic Center and Forever Autumn Records present: BravoFest NJ—a charity music event uniting bands across multiple genres to raise funds for Homes For Our Troops. HFOT is a nonprofit organization that has been building and donating specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans for over 20 years. BravoFest NJ is an expansion of the original BravoFest, first launched at Charlee Bravo’s in Putnam, CT, in 2019. This year’s lineup features six musical acts, including Imbolg, fronted by BravoFest co-founder and organizer Nate Dal Cais, a Ridgefield Park native. Other performers include Jellyfish Jam, Suede Aces, Spoons of Ukobach, classic rock cover band Nobody Famous, and Ridgefield Park resident Nick Schneider, performing classical and jazz piano standards. This is an annual event that is being held in order to raise money for the American Red Cross and Homes For Our Troops , a national nonprofit which builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-911 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.
